Overview
The Postgraduate Diploma in Theology program offers a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of theological concepts, doctrines, and practices. Designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of the Christian faith, the program covers a wide range of topics, including biblical studies, church history, systematic theology, and practical ministry. Through a combination of lectures, seminars, and independent research, students will develop critical thinking skills, enhance their theological knowledge, and gain the necessary tools to engage in meaningful dialogue and service within their communities.

- Building leadership skills that enable graduates to provide guidance, mentorship, and spiritual direction to communities, churches, and organizations.
- Developing advanced research and writing skills to produce and disseminate theological knowledge through academic publications, seminars, and presentations.

- O-level (Secondary School Education) result (not more than two sittings).
- One-year Postgraduate Diploma: BA in Theology/Ministry from LATS, or Any Bachelor’s Degree, with at least a 2.75 GPA on a 4-point scale or 3.5 on a 5-point scale or a 2.2 class award from a recognized Bible College, Seminary or University.
- Chest/Waist-to-head clean corporate picture (for virtual students).
- Three (3) passport photos (for in-class students).
- Health Report or medical Fitness Certificate (for in-class students).
- National ID (for in-class students).
- Two (2) recommendation letters. One from your Church and the other from your place or work, school or others (for all students).
- Application Fee = $20 (₦10,000)
- Student ID Card = $5 (₦1,000)
- Yearly Tuition Fee with a Scholarship = $600 (₦100,000)
- Yearly Main Campus Development Levy = $100 (₦20,000)
- Yearly Library Fee = $10 (₦3,000)
- Yearly ICT Fee = $20 (₦5,000)
- School Vest = $20 (₦5,000)
- Yearly Hostel Fee (optional) = $200 (₦30,000)
Note: For you to enjoy the tuition scholarship, kindly indicate the “President Tuition Scholarship” when you are filling out the application form.
- Duration: One (1) year of full-time or part-time studies.
- Mode of Study: On-campus (classroom) or Open and Distance Learning (virtual).
Our Team
Rev. (Mrs) Deborah Akanbi (PhD) is passionate about leading people to Christ and equipping them to understand the transformational power embedded in the many facets of theological education. She currently serves as the Lead Faculty of the Centre for Prophetic Studies and Transformation, a department of Lord’s Anointed Theological Seminary in Lagos, Nigeria. She also holds the position of Senior Research Fellow at Testament Theological Seminary, Lagos, Nigeria.
Her extensive background spans diverse disciplines, with a primary focus on Biblical Philosophy, Prophetic Ministry, and Existential Well-Being. Her research works weaves philosophy, theology, and personal development together, as she shares her wisdom and insights to raise leaders that would equip the Body of Christ and inspire profound change and flourishing in every dimension of life.
